The DEI Practitioners Group is a community of practice for embedded professionals and experts working to advance initiatives within their home units and departments. The more than 160 faculty and staff engaged in the group work in formal and informal DEI roles in every area of the University.

Through biweekly meetings convened by the Office of Institutional Transformation, the DEI Practitioners Group provides an opportunity to share best practices, strengthen relationships, learn from campus and national experts, and identify areas of need and opportunity for Notre Dame.

Inclusive Leadership Colloquium Lecture Series

The Office of Institutional Transformation—in partnership with Human Resources and the Provost’s Office—is pleased to sponsor the Inclusive Leadership Colloquium Lecture Series (ILCLS) for faculty and staff. ILCLS will bring insightful and innovative leaders in diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice to Notre Dame, where they will share ideas, best practices, and inspiration around DEI-related topics of interest.

The series offers participants an opportunity to hear from experts, receive information about DEI concepts and strategies, and strengthen the community of practice at Notre Dame committed to DEI work on our campus. Consistent with this goal, we ask that participants commit to attending each of the series’ sessions. Registration is required.
