The journey toward a more diverse, equitable and inclusive Notre Dame campus is the work of every member of the faculty, staff and student body. No one office or person can do it alone. The Office of Institutional Transformation works with many Notre Dame partners engaged in DEI efforts on our campus – several of whom have offices specifically focused on faculty, staff or student programming, including:

Human Resources

Eric Love, director of staff diversity and inclusion, leads Notre Dame Human Resource's efforts to provide cultural opportunities and dialogue among staff and facilitate multicultural competency trainings and workshops.
